Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the independent provider that supplies results. Denison Residents Directory does not retain a copy of those queries on its own servers. If you contact us, we receive the details in your message and use them to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting services may create routine logs such as IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. We use aggregate information to maintain the service and understand readership. Basic analytics or advertising measurement can use cookies or similar tools.
How Limited Data Is Used
That data supports operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and improvements. We do not sell lists of visitors or create individual reader profiles.
External Services
Links lead to county and state portals, library collections, archives, and independent search services. The recipient’s own privacy policy governs information sent there. That includes the provider of sponsored search results.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support providers process logs for this service. Analytics or advertising partners can receive the automatic data described above. We disclose information only when valid legal process requires disclosure.
Security Practices
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only as long as operational needs require. Because the service has no accounts, it does not hold reader passwords or account profiles.
Visitors Under 18
This reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect a minor’s personal information. Contact us if you believe a minor has submitted information, and we will remove it.
Your Information Requests
You may have rights to ask about personal data a service holds, depending on where you live. Because this service keeps very little, we can check the contact mailbox and relevant logs and remove data that can be removed. Use the Contact page to make a request. Texas public records kept by city, county, or state custodians are outside our control; a correction or removal question about those records belongs with the custodian under its applicable procedure.
Policy Changes
Updates will appear on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
